Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Leader, you will lead a small team within our retail store. The store will service light vehicles and 4WD vehicles primarily for our consumer customers. 

You will be responsible for:

  • People leadership including recruitment, performance management, coaching
  • Providing exceptional customer service that is targeted and fit for purpose in order to build and maintain relationships
  • Achieving store sales targets and goals
  • Championing and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Encouraging and developing a positive and enthusiastic work culture/environment
  • Managing in-store customer enquiries and bookings
  • Allocation of workshop activities and tasks to the team
  • Store administration including daily banking, invoicing
  • Stock control and management of store security & assets
  • Tyre fitting & balancing in the workshop as required

Job Requirements

We are looking for positive leaders who are eager to uncover new opportunities, grow the business and engage with the local community. 

You don’t need to have tyre industry experience as you will be trained on the job. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to provide excellence in customer services & sales and have a passion for the automotive industry.  Also;

  • 2-years retail management experience preferred
  • Be a champion of a safe working environment
  • Lead by example and enjoy helping others to achieve their goals
  • Set and achieve sales targets and goals
  • Have great time management skills and can organise others
  • Be mechanically minded and enjoy hands on physical work
  • Hold a current driver’s license
