About Company

Since opening our first site there in 2001, we have had some of the quickest growth among Australian businesses. It's fair to say that we've changed the supermarket industry given our more than 500 outlets nationwide and fast growing global network. ALDI Stores Australia is hiring an assistant store manager in Bundoora.

We currently employ over 12,000 committed individuals throughout our retail locations, delivery facilities, and corporate offices. We have ambitious objectives, and as we continue to develop, Australians will have more employment opportunities.

By influencing supermarket price, improving customer perception of private label items, and introducing a number of ground-breaking market initiatives, we have been able to enter Australia's top 10 retailers rather quickly. According to Roy Morgan's Australian Customer Satisfaction Awards, in 2016 alone, we took home the titles of Supermarket of the Year and Retailer of the Year.

Our mission is to assist Australian customers in leading better lives while spending less. No matter where they live, everyone should be able to get daily meals of the highest quality at the most reasonable costs. Simply simply, we give our customers a more informed approach to purchase.

Our products are always competitively priced and of the finest calibre available. All products undergo thorough internal and external laboratory testing on a regular basis to ensure that quality standards are upheld. We don't use expensive merchandising or loyalty programmes in order to retain excellent quality at a reasonable cost. Our model is easy to understand but effective.
