Job Responsibilities

To be successful in this role

  • you will need an excellent phone manner
  • have good written and verbal communication skills
  • be customer focused and have experience working with aged and/or people living with disabilities. 
  • You will have a good understanding of Aged Care services and experience in using a client management system, such as Carelink+ and experience with managing purchase orders in a finance system such as NAV. 
  • If you possess attention to detail, love to problem solve, an ability to multi-task and prioritise on the run, then this is the role for you.

Job Requirement

  • An understanding of the Commonwealth Home Support Programme
  • Experience using a client management system such as Carelink+
  • Experience using finance system such as NAV
  • Community language is not essential but would be advantageous (such as Italian, Greek or Arabic)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
