Job Responsibilities

  • Managing and coaching a high performing team of Course and Careers Advisers, inspiring them to meet their objectives
  • Running Weekly or Fortnightly WIPs with individual team members focusing on systems adherence, target forecasting, pipeline management
  • Ensuring Lead & Enrolment ownership rules are followed throughout the team at all times
  • Working as part of a broader team to achieve and exceed allocated admissions targets
  • Actively monitoring and maintaining accurate individual & team sales reports
  • Ensuring all following up activities are completed within 24 hours throughout the team
  • Actively engaging applicants through conversion process
  • Participating in team meetings, Open Days & Information Sessions when required
  • Ensuring lead, account and enrolment data is collected and accurate at all times
  • Job Requirement

    • Prior experience in the education sector and a passion for the industry
    • Proven experience in leading & motivating successful sales teams
    • Ability to work autonomously in a self-driven environment
    • Ability to train and deliver content to sales teams
