Job Responsibilities

This role is ideal for an experienced SME business banker looking for further career growth and greater opportunities.

• Manage the business loan process with customers from start to finish
• Proactively manage home loan requirements of business customers
• Drive growth by developing strong customer relationships and onboarding new customers
• Working closely with and mentoring branch staff around how to identify new opportunities

Job Requirement

• Experience in business banking is a must
• Demonstrated relationship building & management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Existing referral networks are highly desirable but not imperative
