Senior HR Business Partner Job at Programmed AU

We have more than a thousand trainees and apprentices, and we are skilled at developing young adults into supervisors, leaders, and valuable members of their communities. We make it possible for our employees to acquire a wide variety of work skills and industry expertise so they can become financially and professionally independent as businesses and industries develop and change.
We understand the importance of safety on the job, and our employees operate with a great deal fewer mishaps and injuries than their competitors. Injury prevention and increased productivity are the results of our emphasis on eliminating unexpected incidents. Studies conducted by Griffith University have demonstrated that our people's strong customer service orientation and job satisfaction are also a result of our focus on safety and core values.
To supply the operational and/or maintenance services demanded from our sizable staff base, we put together teams of the right individuals with the necessary expertise. We effectively manage people (safety, training, values, culture, payroll, awards, regulations, superannuation, diversity, apprenticeships, career development) in a highly regulated environment while maintaining high levels of employee engagement, and we provide operational improvements, flexibility, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
