Job Responsibilities
- To work with global teams on the delivery of cross-border subsidiary management engagements;
- Delegation and oversight of a small team including prioritisation of tasks and workflow;
- For your portfolio of clients examples of responsibilities include:
- prompt and professional correspondence on requests for actions
- manage the meeting administration of Board and shareholder meetings;
- prepare accurate and timely minutes;
- advise on and prepare meeting agendas in a timely manner;
- Develop and implement company secretarial processes and procedures;
- maintaining all legally required company secretarial books and regulatory filings, including minute books, share register, register of directors and officers and register of responsible persons; and
- arrange the statutory filings required to be made in a timely and efficient manner.
- Tertiary qualifications in law, accounting, commerce or other relevant degree;
- Minimum 4 years Australian company secretary experience;
- Governance or company secretarial training and/or qualifications;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with an ability to work with a diverse range of personnel operating at a senior level across multiple locations.

- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Ability to work without supervision and demonstrate initiative.
