Job Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant in our Assurance business, your impact will be seen by supporting multiple Partners with their client engagements and:
- Building strong relationships with clients and their Executive Assistants (EA), supporting multiple Partners with their client engagements
- Building strong relationships with your Partners, client delivery teams and the national EA network across Global Mobility
- Harnessing your organisational skills to effectively manage complex diaries, Partner inboxes, expenses, timesheets and billing management
- Proactively planning and coordinating meetings, training sessions, events, conferences and complex travel while anticipating and managing any potential conflicts
- Preparing and revising documents including presentations, emails and reports that convey valuable information and reflect our firm’s brand
- Maintaining client contact information, including client feedback through Salesforce
- Assisting the Partners with team functions and office management
- Embracing new technologies and supporting your Partners and teams with adoption
Job Requirement
- The ability to quickly adapt to new technology
- The ability to work autonomously as well as being part of a team
- Extremely organised and able to multitask and work in a constantly changing and dynamic environment
- Ability to build effective relationships and play an integral role in the wider EA community
- Embrace and promote change in line with our vision and strategy
- Pride in your work, consistently delivering high quality outcomes, and accountable for actions
- Proactive, able to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines, and to think ahead on requests
- Knowledge and use of Salesforce, Google and MS Office suites preferred
