Prestige Management conducts in-person interviews with every employee. Before anybody joins the Prestige team, we also do background checks, police checks, and reference checks. Additionally, all caregivers must possess a Certificate III in Aged Care at the very least. Job Responsibilities

Domestic cleaning duties include but are not limited to:

• Changing bed linen and making beds
• Washing laundry, hanging out, bringing in laundry, folding and putting away
• Cleaning the kitchen including washing dishes, wiping down all surfaces and appliances.
• Emptying waste bins and taking wheelie bins out for pick up
• Fridge clean up
• Cleaning the bathroom including washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, basins and mirrors
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors indoors
• Vacuuming upholstery
• Dusting ledges, shelves, windowsills, skirting boards, bookshelves, display cabinets, cupboards and external surfaces
• Scrubbing and sanitising all relevant surfaces
• Clean up after pets
• Cleaning away cobwebs

Spring cleaning duties including:

• Dusting bookshelves or display cabinets
• Wiping skirting boards
• Cleaning away cobwebs
• Sweeping outdoor areas like balconies, steps and driveways
• Wiping walls
• Cleaning stove tops
• Vacuuming ceiling vents
• Vacuuming aircon filters
• Washing extractor fan filters and rangehood
• Cleaning dishwasher filters
• Dusting blinds
• Cleaning mirrored wardrobe doors
• Internal Window clean (external available with our HGM team members)

Job Requirement

• Experience with commercial or domestic cleaning
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR qualification.
• Current drivers licence and vehicle
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Proactive and compassionate service delivery.
• The ability to work effectively with clients from a range of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
• Reliable, Efficient and Responsible worker
