Job Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations Consultant to join our Customer Contact Centre.    In this role you will deliver excellence in Customer Experience through assisting and resolving all Customer and Dealer complaints presented to the Customer Contact Centre.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to maximise customer experience
• Effectively problem-solve and provide solutions for complex customer enquiries
• Assist with the administration and record management of the MMAL loan vehicle fleet
• Work collaboratively with the Customer Contact Centre team and the broader MMAL team to ensure best outcomes
• Adhere to KPIs and call standards

Job Requirement

• Previous customer service experience and a track record in excellent customer service
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work as part of a positive team
• Previous fleet management and administration, and contact centre experience will be highly regarded
