Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of reporting deliverables for MC, with the primary focus on pipeline reporting and trends for Industries.
- Own the ‘analysis and insights’ of regular reporting for various teams and stakeholders
- Specifically, provide commentary behind the financial performance, highlight key factors contributing to financial results. Pipeline indicators as they relate to financial performance.
- Make judgments on the reporting requests and develop reports that are fit for purpose and aligned to the KPIs of MC and specifically the Markets & Brand team
- Assess and manage the change impact for reporting deliverables that are currently in place
- Look for continual efficiency improvements in reporting
- Proactively identify and manage interdependencies and be able to explain variances
- Clients, Growth and Markets planning and reporting
- Divisional, including service group and other reporting
Job Requirement
- Strong Excel skills; including excel report creation
- A strong ability to work autonomously and with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with a structured approach to work Strong influencing skills, given the extensive interaction with Partner and Director sponsors
- The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and work with executive leadership groups
- Familiarity with Power BI
