Sue will assist you in growing your company because she has experience in professional services recruitment and coaching. Implementing policies and procedures, monitoring, mentoring, staff selection and recruitment, onboarding, probation management, terminations, business plans, performance & appraisals, people change, culture strategy, coaching & mentoring, succession planning, change management, budgets, and recommendations may all be part of this.

Job Responsibilities 

• Assist the warehouse manager with any duties required
• Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
• Solve and streamline warehouse processes and utilisation
• Use of inhouse ERP system
• Communicate within the different departments to ensure all aspects of the clients experience is positive
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and team members
• Ensure company systems and procedures are followed and continuously improved

Job Requirement

• Warehouse experience is essential
• Strong communication skills 
• Reliable and consistent 
• Has a valid forklift license 
• Use of an ERP system is highly desirable 
• Current drivers license
