Job Responsibilities

Tennis Australia (TA) is one of the largest sports governing body, entertainment and sports rights-holder, and media production houses in Asia-Pacific.  We are made of passionate and talented people who reimagine each year how we can be better and deliver a more unique and premium experience for player, fans and consumers. At Tennis Australia (TA) plans are underway to deliver our summer of tennis!  The Australian Open will be back and we’re looking for a Ticketing Coordinator to join our team until 3rd March 2023.

  • Utilise systems and software such as Archtics (Ticketmaster Ticketing System), PCi (Ticketmaster Ticketing System), and all MS Office programs with a particular emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint
  • Coordinate the processing of payments and ticket orders and requests, as well as manage all relevant administrative activates
  • Process ticketing requests and invoices for internal stakeholders such as Board Members, Partners and other TA departments
  • Respond to customer queries, requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Supervise a particular area during the period of the tournament, and provide onsite event team support as required

Job Requirement

  • Previous experience with a ticketing system, Archtics preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as the ability to work within a team
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Sound knowledge of sporting events and of the MS Office Suite
  • The ability to work autonomously and act proactively when problem solving
  • You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
