Job Responsibilities

This role will work within the National Talent Acquisition team to manage the end-to-end recruitment of roles for Raytheon Australia, a capability partner for Australia’s Defence Force. Based in our Murarrie office (no city commute with free onsite secure parking), you will be involved in all facets of the talent acquisition process including but not limited to strategic sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, candidate management, and offers of employment.

• Leading and conducting structured behavioural-based interviews (preferably Targeted Selection) and providing guidance to our Hiring Managers through this process.
• Management of positions using the applicant tracking system (ATS) for the entire talent acquisition cycle
• Active candidate management to provide a class leading experience
• Use of contemporary sourcing methods to provide candidates for single talent acquisition activities through to large scale sourcing campaigns
• Strong customer service, business partnership and candidate care managemen

Job Requirement

• Solid experience in talent acquisition, preferably technical recruitment
• Proven highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Has the capability to build effective relationships to influence business leaders and key stakeholders
• Experience using strategic sourcing software such as LinkedIn Recruiter et
