Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supply Planner you will support in the end-to-end order fulfilment process ensuring all production and sales requirements are met and inventory levels are maintained.

  • Supporting end-to-end order fulfilment process with global and local vendors as well as third-party logistics providers to ensure product availability for external sales and internal requirements
  • Tracking of orders and liaising closely with vendors to ensure on-time delivery. Pro-actively working with vendors to resolve any potential delay in shipment
  • Liaising closely with third-party logistics providers to ensure shipments can be cleared and processed in a timely manner.
  • Communication of supply gaps with key stake holders and provides visibility of potential supply interruptions to external/internal customers
  • Identify and resolve supply exceptions through orders management, re-allocation of existing inventory and reviewing safety stock parameters.
  • Maintaining planning system data to assure highest possible level of data integrity
  • Delivering required reports, metrics and analyses as need in a timely manner

Job Requirement

  • +2 years of experience in Supply Chain management, ideally in a FMCG multinational business
  • Experience in planning in an MRP-based production environment and SAP knowledge required
  • Import/Export documentations experience would be an advantage
  • Independent and resourceful team player, able to multi-task and excel in a collaborative environment. Ideally have experience in working across languages and cultures.
  • Strong communication and ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
