A Shift Supervisor is needed by Veolia in Bibra Lake to join the organisation. You will be in charge of managing the transfer yard's operations, managing the stockpile and the removal of hazardous materials, and supervising the incoming waste.

Job Responsibilities

• The Supervisor role is a hands-on role with 80% of their time on the ground and 20% office work
• Responsible for day to day Supervision of operations, including preventative action and measurement with regard to company quality, safety and environmental standard
• Ensure waste disposal and acceptance in accordance with Veolia procedures, Site licence and State and Federal Legislation
• Provide back-up assistance to the Maintenance Manager and Production Manager as required when on leave
• Keep senior management informed of operating conditions, trends and incidents arising from the daily operations

• Excavator/Material Handler Licence
• ICAM Investigations
• Material Recovery Facility & Transfer Station operational knowledge
