Job Responsibilities
- Work directly with local team, Venlo service team, external stakeholders and the HPGR Service Manager.
- Work close together with the local aftermarket team
- Arrange inductions visitors and new staff to site
- Organize medicals
- Source additional labour for extra site work
- Understand the product and processes to assist in employee interviews and inductions
- Issue safety equipment to labour hire staff and new starters
- Raise jobs and process orders
- Maintaining service activities in SAP/Oracle/Teams
- Raising purchase orders and processing of invoices
- Maintenance and update of database files and registers
- To provide administrative support to staff where required
- Maintain training data base and files
- Entering employee times and maintaining timesheets in an ERP system
- Maintain contact and relationship with suppliers/ subcontractors for work in progress
- Quoting and estimating of jobs
- Undertaking special project work to support administration ensuring the provision of a quality Administration function
- Communicating with customers and local Weir companies regarding shipments and service invoices.
- Taking care of urgent material shipments and its associated shipping information.
- Preparing and organizing travel /accommodation for the team members, including performing travel safety assessments
- Arranging (complex) visa applications
- Responsible for maintaining an accurate cost administration of service projects. This includes f.e. collecting invoices 3rd parties, collecting all travel costs and living expenses, registration of the working hours of the team members, preparation of cost breakdowns and service invoices

- Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Experience with MS Office, travel systems (FMG), ERP systems
