Job Responsibilities

  • Structure and evaluate business problems, design relevant recommendations, and track success metrics
  • Partner with the Go to Market Insights team to understand the quantified view of the market opportunity. This understanding will help you to make recommendations on optimising sales resource planning and quota planning accordingly
  • Provide insights on measurements across a range of selling segments: direct, indirect, SMB, Commercial, Majors and Enterprise.
  • Analyse Lead Volume, Accounts and Define Territories for Sales Team (Based on Location, Industry, Partner etc)
  • Ownership of Forecasting for ANZ.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Sales Segmentation definitions, Sales Booking Policy and Global Rules of Engagement. This may include weighing in to help resolve any disputes over the policy that may arise
  • Understand the impact of Privacy and Security issues as the impact Zoom across the business
  • Co-lead executive analyses, strategies, and deliverables (e.g., Executive presentations, QBRs)
  • Use the Zoom sales technology stack to report to sales leadership and the executive team all activities, product performance, data and reporting
  • Work collaboratively to deploy technology to increase the amount of time that reps spend selling and to automate important processes
  • Combine information, structure a clear presentation of findings to an executive audience and prioritise issues.
  • Lead cross-functional programmes to transform and improve processes to create improved sales productivity and velocity
  • Work in partnership with Sale Enablement and GTM Insights. Bring a unified and connected planning and best practice environment around quota management, territory management, pipeline management, forecasting, quarterly business reviews and GTM Planning, in collaboration with Financial Planning & Analysis, Data Management, Enterprise Systems teams, Marketing, Marketing Operations, Human Resources and Sales Support, all of which support a world class sales organisation
  • Conduct scoping of projects with partners to understand our requirements, level of effort, owners, and timelines
  • Partner with Sales Enablement on implementation of allowing systems and tools, working with internal systems teams towards reducing ramp times of new reps
  • Promote operational efficiencies by automating and improving processes and dashboards that scale as the business expands globally.
  • Own and lead the development of a standard suite of reports and dashboards for APJ by working closely with the Global Sales Operations Team.
  • Enable and drive adoption of reports and dashboard usage with proper communications and enablement.
  • Build a regular cadence to ensure actions are followed thru by leaders/AEs from these reports.
  • Analyze metrics and provide suggestions based on their findings
  • Maintain Zoom databases (SFDC, Clari, & Forecasting files/templates) and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
  • Role has primary support responsibilities for the ANZ sub region as well as regional (APJ) reporting and support.  
  • Liaise with technical and Global Sales Ops team(s) in the USA.  

Job Requirement

  • 8+ years of work experience in Global Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
  • 5 years’ experience with SaaS, B2B, multi-product and technical sales business models, with a preference to high-growth companies.
  • Must be proficient in CRM and Salesforce Reporting, Google docs, Excel, and savvy for other important sales applications (Clari, Tableau); will consider another CRM proficiency
  • SQL Knowledge Preferred
  • Ability to Analyse and present usage data on Sales Leaders Request
  • Work with Broader Sales Operations team to Resolve Tickets raised by Sales Teams related to Bookings, Quotas, Application access.
  • Work with the Sales Enablement team to provide required training to Sales Teams.
  • Work with Segment Leaders to qualify Key Deals weekly  and update Forecasting.
  • Direct or experience with global sales leaders in worldwide regions
  • Comfort with C-level presentations, meetings, strategy discussions, yet has the ability to connect with field sales reps
  • Outcomes-oriented approach to sales and sales operations with corresponding experience managing important metrics for success
  • International Languages Preferred – (English & other Regional language )
  • Reporting and analytics, troubleshooting and project management skills.
  • This role is base in Sydney, New Souths Wales.
