Job Responsibilities

• Partnering with senior leaders to deliver people solutions
• Providing expert advice across all aspects of the employee lifecycle
• Leading strategic people projects related to engaging and retaining our people and improving the employee experience
• Designing and effectively execute strategic people plans and people initiatives that drive engagement
• Guiding and supporting people leaders to ensure effective development of their people and workforce strategy plans, resource planning, supporting people issues, and the management of change
• Internal partnering with the People & Performance team to deliver expertise and outcomes across Talent Acquisition, Reward and Performance, Organizational Development and Early Careers.

Job Requirement

• Extensive experience as a business partner in Human Resources within a shared services/portfolio delivery model
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or another related field or equivalent
• The ability to coach and lead business leaders, manage HR strategies, implement operational programs, and interpret industrial instruments
• A commercial orientation with a strategic mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a drive to deliver outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving, relationship building, and written and verbal communication skills.
