School Cleaner Job at Facilities First

Job Responsibilities 

• General cleaning of designated areas including scrubbing surfaces, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, refilling consumables, cleaning wash basins etc.
• Manual handling and lifting of equipment
• Closely follow and comply with cleaning procedures and safety requirements for site
• Support the Cleaning Supervisors to ensure that contractual obligations are met in all aspects of cleaning

Job Requirement

• Valid Australian working rights and current Police check issued within the last 12 months
• Valid Working with Children Check (ESSENTIAL)
• Minimum 1 year cleaning experience in a similar role
• Cleaning experience and proven attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication
• A commitment to safety and understanding of safe chemical use
