Job Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources Team on a full-time permanent basis as a Recruitment Officer has become available at our Perth Airport Head Office.  The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who has previously recruited within the blue collar  drivers space, we are looking for a recruiter who understands the importance of cultural fit in a dynamic workplace and is looking to make the change to an internal team.

• Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand requirements to provide recruitment solutions
• End to end recruitment including drafting and posting job ads, shortlisting, interviewing conducting due diligence and offer management
• Creating and maintaining talent pools
• Creating, organising and executing recruitment campaigns and events
• Working as part of the HR team regarding onboarding and policy and procedure
• Prepare, maintain and analyse recruitment statistics to identify trends

Job Requirement

• Previous experience managing a large recruitment portfolio within Transport & Logistics
• A track record of successful high-volume end to end recruitment
• Experience creating, organising and executing recruitment campaigns and events
• The ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously as well as being able to contribute positively to a collaborative team
• Sound analytical skills and the ability to interpret and produce statistical information as well as the capacity to identify and resolve problems
