Job Responsibilities
The role is ideally suited to an experienced assembly technician/specialist with a background in electro-mechanical manufacture of special purpose machines. You will be using your electro-mechanical skills to build highly technical equipment to a very high quality and to strict timelines.
- Assembling, testing and commissioning new high-technology machines
- Reporting on assembly/BOM/part number related matters/issues verbally and in writing and using your intermediate Excel skills
- Using your mechanical skills to assemble jigs and fixtures
- Actively contributing to 5S and root cause analysis processes to improve build quality

Job Requirement
- Possessing at least 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, testing and commissioning experience in a manufacturing environment including using ERP systems and change control
- Driven to build high-quality assemblies and final products
- A person with skills and expertise in using a variety of hand tools (CNC machine and lathe experience is desirable)
- Are able to read and follow assembly drawings
- Are able to meet tight deadlines without cutting corners
