We were established in 2013 as a cooperative between farmers with the intention of raising industry standards. We now work as growers, handlers, shuckers, graders, educators, suppliers, and passionate supporters of oysters. We also aim to build Australia's largest vertically integrated oyster business.  Our company is based on best practise methodologies; in all we do, we strive to raise the bar and raise the bar higher so that Australians can constantly enjoy superior oysters.

Process Attendant Job at Australia’s Oyster Coast June 2022

Job Responsibilities

• Washing, sorting and packing of oysters in line with business requirements, food safety standards and timeframes for completion.
• Inspect oysters for quality, grade and sort by size.
• Undertake the activities of picking and packing oysters accurately as required to meet customer’s order expectations and requirements.
• Always maintaining a tidy processing area within food safety guidelines.
• Cleaning and sanitising duties as required at the end of your shift.
