Job Responsibilities

As part of a close-knit team, the Pick / Packer focuses on picking and packing fresh produce to meet our customer orders, with key objectives being quality, timeliness, accuracy and efficiency.  Success will look like:

• Picking / packing fresh produce as per customer orders
• Inspecting fresh produce to ensure quality standards are met
• Repetitive lifting of up to 15kg
• Adhere to set OH&S rules and regulations
• Working in a cold environment at times
• Working early morning shifts
• Team based improvements to safety and quality

Job Requirement

• Experience in a pick / packing role
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in cold environment (4 degrees)
• Preference will be given to candidates living locally and with their own transport
