Job Responsibilities

  • Enterprise-wide remuneration and benefits strategy, programs and initiatives
  • Design remuneration and benefits strategy, frameworks, processes and targets with linkage to performance frameworks to ensure strategic objectives are being met
  • Design and manage incentive framework and bonus plans
  • Manage Airservices Performance Management Framework
  • Design and develop recognition framework, process and other non-remuneration related rewards / benefits
  • Manage alignment of enterprise agreements and individual contracts with remuneration and
  • benefits strategy in conjunction with other CPCO leads & General Counsel
  • Annual remuneration reviews and outcomes
  • Manage remuneration review process in conjunction with performance review process and
  • communicate remuneration and benefits outcomes to employees
  • Leadership and management of Remuneration & Benefit Analyst
  • Report on remuneration and benefits performance against strategic targets and recommendations for changes in remuneration and benefits approach
  • Keep abreast of latest thought leadership, industry / competitor trends and regulatory actions on remuneration and benefits
  • Complete annual remuneration and benefits benchmarking to assess competitiveness and identify improvement opportunities; Also provide tactical remuneration analysis as required
  • Develop remuneration review process, frameworks and standards
  • Implement processes to support work planning, forecasting and monitoring
  • Ensures work group objectives are aligned to organisation strategy whilst maintaining own quality and productivity
  • Recognises and manages risks to ensure remuneration framework activities are executed to clearly agreed plans and timelines

Job Requirement

  • Strong stakeholder skills
  • Data and Analytical skills
  • Experience in performance and remuneration frameworks
  • Experience with the production of business proposals, board papers and remuneration reports.
  • Experience dealing with complex people matters
