We were established in 2013 as a cooperative between farmers with the intention of raising industry standards. We now work as growers, handlers, shuckers, graders, educators, suppliers, and passionate supporters of oysters. We also aim to build Australia's largest vertically integrated oyster business.

Oyster Farm Hand Job at Australia’s Oyster Coast

Job Responsibilities

• Grading, preparation of oysters for market/transport.
• Stripping slats.
• Loading/unloading oyster punts.
• Packing, constructing baskets and oyster racking.
• Operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Facility maintenance and cleaning..

Job Requirement

• You will need to work autonomously & within a team environment, show initiative and have strong communication skills.
• Driver, boat & forklift licences preferred.
• Marine or other farming experience desirable.
