Job Responsibilities

As Office Support Administrator, you will ensure the smooth functioning of the office which is located at Fox Studios Australia, Moore Park. A key feature of the role will be to support the CEO with diary management, travel arrangements and events. This position blends executive assistance, administrative and operational support whilst supporting the organisation on special projects, whilst ensuring key stakeholders, including members, company directors, policy makers and suppliers, receive a positive, engaging customer experience.

  • Liaising with building management and insurance brokers.
  • Liaising with external bookkeepers and accountants.
  • Ensuring appropriate WH&S compliance.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers for office consumables and travel partners.
  • Helping organise events including travel and catering arrangements.

Job Requirement

  • This role will suit applicants who have a willingness to proactively take on responsibility and ownership for the efficient and effective running of the office. You will have a track-record of success having worked in an administrative support role which combines your highly organised, common-sense approach with an approachable, calm and professional manner.
  • You will be confident and engaging when meeting people at all levels and these excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be key to success.
  • You will be comfortable to manage a variety of software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint for example, as well as being adept at managing virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Any experience in social media monitoring, analytics or infographic experience would be distinctly advantageous.
  • In short, you will have a positive, can-do demeanour that combines patience and professionalism whilst executing your responsibilities with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
