Job Responsibilities

  • Overlooking admin processes, assisting and managing our growing admin team
  • Management of the office space
  • HR rollout, onboarding, administration, filing and data accumulation
  • Team training and compliance coordinating
  • Fleet management and servicing coordination
  • Assisting with incoming leads, data entry and workflow distribution through the operating system
  • Accumulation and presentation of data reports from our operating system
  • Coordinating of team marketing materials, uniforms and fleet branding

Job Requirement

  • 2 + years of experience within a administrative or office management role
  • You need to work to be able to work autonomously
  • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
  • Dependable, punctual, organized, able to work effectively under minimal supervision
  • All candidates should meet the Right to Work in Australia criteria
