Over the next 20 years, Next Gen has built new clubs in recognisable places with deep ties to the local community and historical origins, replicating the success of their Memorial Drive club. Currently, Next Gen has clubs in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Auckland, as well as six other places.

Every club is member-only, exclusive, and committed to overall wellbeing, flexible fitness, renewal, and relaxation. They offer the most up-to-date fitness technology, a comprehensive selection of boutique studio programmes, tennis courts fit for competition, resort-style heated indoor and outdoor pools, luxury spa retreats with sauna and steam rooms, members lounges, and licenced cafés.

Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Membership Manager, you will be responsible for retaining members with every call and contact made while providing membership administration support. 
• We’re looking for someone who prides themselves on providing exceptional 5 Star customer service, who is outgoing and loves to engage with members both face to face and on the phone. You’re someone who loves exceeding targets, finding solutions to problems and is well organised. Finally, you are someone who is self-motivated and who enjoys the challenge of working within a customer sales and retention environment.
• You must be available to work Monday to Friday with working hours ranging from 8am to 8pm with the flexibility of working weekends should that suit you.

Job Requirement

• Experience in customer sales and/or retention environments;
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills;
• Well-developed negotiation and objection handling skills;
• Experience working in a team environment;
• Well-developed communications skills;
• Reporting capabilities and Excel know-how;
• An excellent track record working with KPI’s, targets and sales goals;
• Debt collection; and Membership based administration;
• High level verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport; and
• Attention to detail and achieving results.
