Loader Operator Job at St Barbara Limited AU SEP 2022

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure your own Health & Safety as well as that of the other members of the Leonora Processing Department.
• Provide efficient and effective operation of the mobile equipment at the Gwalia Process Plant to ensure that the plant can operate optimally at all times.
• Contribute to the Processing Team for the Processing Department to deliver to plan in respect of our production, gold recovery and cost per tonne performance indicators.
• Ensure all tasks are carried out in an environmentally sustainable manner.

Job Requirement

• A current unencumbered West Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
• Current Loader Operations Ticket
• At least (2) two years comparable mobile equipment operating experience within the mining industry.
• Strong team work, communication skills and a safety always attitude
• Attention to detail​
• You are able to produce a National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months) for site access purposes
• You should feel a strong alignment with St Barbara’s values as you will be required to live them. You will use our values, along with our five commitments, to guide your decision making as you work for the safety and wellbeing of our people
