Lamb/beef Factory Worker Job at Task labour

Job Responsibilities 

• Ongoing casual employment with full time working hours (average 38 hr/week, plus overtime & weekend work opportunities)
• Meat processing/production line labour
• Positions for most unskilled candidates would start with some entry level tasks, such as packing, labelling, cleaning, box moving etc.
• Ongoing training is provided plus progression opportunities.
• Most positions start between 5.30am – 6am, finish at about 3pm.

Job Requirement

• We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals who are committed to providing an efficient and reliable service.
• Australian Citizen/Permanent Residency/Full Working Rights and live in Australia are essential.
• Industry experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Willingness to handle cooked and raw meat products.
• Reliability &Flexibility with shifts pending availability.
• Able to pass a Pre-employment medical check, included drug test, alcohol test and physical assessment.
• Have the QFever vaccination or be willing to get the vaccination (Not required for Pork & Chicken products).
• Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment.
