We are currently looking for a motivated Job Site Specialist to grow and strengthen our Milwaukee clientele in a currently flourishing region. The Job Site Specialist will be responsible for converting strategic users to the Milwaukee brand within their assigned territory in the WA region, which may require some travel. Job Responsibilities

  • Target and educate end users to convert to Milwaukee products and achieve sales targets
  • Effectively present Milwaukee products and solutions to our user network including our TAFE and Hire partners
  • Maintain consistent and open communication with the Area Sales Management team about activity taking place in the user and dealer market
  • Develop a positive personal business relationship with all customers
  • Identify major users of Power Tools and Accessories and make contact, in order to promote our products
  • Organise and attend trade days and exhibitions
  • Monitor competitor pricing, product and activities

Job Requirement

  • Ability to seek out and convert opportunities – must have a “hunter” mentality
  • End User sales experience
  • Experience selling value add solutions and products into the industrial or construction markets in Australia
  • Hands on experience with tools is desirable
  • Confident and engaging in demonstrating and presenting to groups, using your technical knowledge of tools
  • Computer literate, comfortable with MS suite and experienced with CRM systems and reporting
  • Full drivers license with excellent driving record.
