ICT Vendor Manager Job at Airservices Australia June 2022

Job Responsibilities

As ICT Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing vendor management strategies including effective engagement and evaluation of technology supply chains. This role will advise on opportunities to improve the performance of the technology supply base including coordinate resolution to service issues between multiple partners and ensure we are obtaining the services paid for.

• Developing and use of fit-for-purpose vendor management procedures and processes,
• Improving Vendor Governance, Reporting, and Issue escalation,
• Maintaining effective relationships with vendors, and defining ways to continuously improve relationships
• Guiding the proper level of executive involvement including both sides of the vendor relationship
• Defining escalation paths streamline issue resolution
• Arbitrate disputes using effective communication in line with vendor governance
• Compliance with relevant Airservices frameworks
• Effective coordination between Airservices stakeholders to assess feedback on Vendor performance
• Managing issue resolution to service within specified timeframes where a service is provided through multiple partners / vendors
