Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Field Services, the General Manager – Business Intelligence Field Services leads the Field Business Intelligence team within nbn’s Field Services business unit. The team is accountable for leveraging existing and new intelligence services to provide transformation commercial advantage to nbn Field Services, improvement opportunity controls and operational performance guidance. 

• Establishing and operating Field Service’s business intelligence framework with a data focused playbook to drive commercial competitive advantage.
• Providing a Centre of Excellence channel for Business Intelligence requirements within Field Services.
• Maximisation of value from exiting intelligence information sets including simplification and coordination of Intelligence access across all field workstreams and workforces.
• Bringing innovative thinking to the Intelligence COE and facilitating relationships with Data and Intelligence platforms and broader enterprise level Data COE to align on field objective requirements.
• Setting and operating the Intelligence product platform, analytics, and visualisation standard for Field operations.
• Operating COE with an agile mindset, lean principles producing data driven intelligence allowing Field Services to exceed it goals.

Job Requirement

• You are a seasoned business leader with significant experience in establishing and optimising data analytics capabilities, platforms and approaches; coupled with a passion for driving smarter commercial decisions through use and application of analytics, data science and insight.
• You have the ability to provide business critical governance direction whilst developing new and innovative solutions to problems.
• You have experience working across large teams and influencing multiple stakeholder groups to deliver against a diverse portfolio of responsibiliti
