Factory Hand Job at Programmed AU SEP 2022

To supply the operational and/or maintenance services demanded from our sizable staff base, we put together teams of the right individuals with the necessary expertise. We effectively manage people (safety, training, values, culture, payroll, awards, regulations, superannuation, diversity, apprenticeships, career development) in a highly regulated environment while maintaining high levels of employee engagement, and we provide operational improvements, flexibility, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities 

• Manual handling
• Operation of counterbalance and high reach forklifts
• Working within an FMCG environment
• Working along a fast-paced production line
• Heavy lifting, stacking, packing and wrapping products
• Working within dusty environments
• Ensuring quality of all products
• General cleaning

Job Requirement

• Have great verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to perform any duties required
• Great attention to detail
• Available to work on a 24/7 on call roster
• Proven experience in the FMCG industry
• Current forklift licence – if applying for the Forklift role
• Demonstrated forklift experience – if applying for the Forklift role
• Reliable form of transport
