Job Responsibilities

  • The Documentation Officer is responsible for the provision of documentation and related services to the operational, technical and corporate areas within Airservices Australia.
  • As a Documentation Officer you will provide services related to documentation production, configuration management, monitor documentation compliance requirements to organisation standards and procedures, delivery and client support.

We pride ourselves on achieving our objectives whilst still enjoying a friendly, enjoyable and safe workplace in essentially a service role for clients within Airservices Australia.

Job Requirement

  • Demonstrated high level of skills in the use of software tools and applications used in a documentation management/production environment
  • Keyboard skills of at least 60 wpm with 95% accuracy
  • Demonstrated initiative to contribute to the implementation of improvements where appropriate
  • Recent experience in the management, production and control of documentation in accordance with quality management principles
  • High standard of oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high workloads, set priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively, whilst being flexible to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • High attention to detail
  • proven ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
