We are happy to constantly deliver better oysters to the Australian market and beyond at Australia's Oyster Coast. Oyster Coast Pty Ltd in Australia is hiring a delivery driver in July 2022.

We were established in 2013 as a cooperative between farmers with the intention of raising industry standards.  We now work as growers, handlers, shuckers, graders, educators, suppliers, and passionate supporters of oysters. We also aim to build Australia's largest vertically integrated oyster business. Our company is based on best practise methodologies; in all we do, we strive to raise the bar and raise the bar higher so that Australians can constantly enjoy superior oysters. Better quality is important, but it's also important to establish trust with our farmers, our wholesalers, our retailers, and all of our consumers. To do this, we must be dependable in our delivery of both services and goods. But it goes further than that. Delivery Driver Job at Australia’s Oyster Coast

Job Responsibilities

• Delivering along the South coast, NSW.
• Occasional runs to North coast, NSW requiring overnight stay.
• Ability to coordinate efficient delivery timeframes to achieve customer expectations with early morning starts but the flexibility to work to varying pickup and delivery schedules.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and ensure oysters are refrigerated within food safety guidelines throughout delivery routes.
• Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods.
• Complete logbook and reports in a timely manner and inform and lodge with manager.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Be willing to help maintain vehicles where necessary

Job Requirement

• Strong record keeping skills.
• Reliable, pleasant and approachable work style.
• Medium Rigid (minimum) and Forklift licences essential.
