Job Responsibilities

  • The Customer Relations Field Officer provides efficient and effective customer service in conjunction with the rest of the Customer Relations Team while completing property site/field visits in communities with the Wannon Water District.
  • As a member of the Customer Relations Team, you will source and provide accurate and timely information and responses to requests lodged, utilising a wide variety of water industry related knowledge, information and formalised procedures to ensure customer expectations are met where possible. This permanent part time position is scheduled for work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for a total of 42 hours per fortnight.

Job Requirement

  • This position requires you to gain co-operation from internal and external parties and to engage effectively with customers in an empathic manner.
  • You have a sound ability to use a variety of computer software both in the office and remotely whilst in the field. You will be managing time, planning and organising work and you must hold a current drivers licence and be willing to drive a vehicle for periods of time.
  • It is essential that you have one to two years of relevant experience working in a customer or community focused position.
