Job Responsibilities
- As the Compliance Manager – Advice, you will be responsible for promoting ethical and proper business practices through delivery and maintenance of Zurich’s Compliance framework.
- You will assist Zurich’s financial advice business to interpret compliance obligations, communicate and implement regulatory changes and also provide compliance advice around internal policies and regulatory requirements relating to the provision of financial advice.
Job Requirement
- We would love to hear from candidates who are degree qualified and possess a high level of knowledge gained from working within a Compliance role in the financial advice industry.
- Experience in financial advice is essential as you will need to have a solid understanding of the regulatory environment and industry in which we operate.
- You will also have strong communication and written skills, along with excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- As someone familiar with the demands of a financial services organization you will understand the importance of acting with integrity, confidence and accountability.
- You will enjoy working within a friendly and achievement focused culture where your self-motivation, resilience and persistence will be valued.
