Job Responsibilities

  • Work with Claims Managers to identify their individual strengths and coach them successfully
  • Coach claims managers on new and in flight claims to facilitate a holistic approach to claims management
  • Develop specific coaching plans with Claims Managers to target key development areas
  • Lead group coaching sessions and other forums in order to facilitate peer learning and collaboration
  • Provide regular reporting on trends and individual progress found in coaching and training delivery

Job Requirement

  • Tertiary qualification or industry related qualifications
  • Coaching and training qualifications (highly desirable)
  • Knowledge and experience in the application of coaching models including the GROW coaching model (highly desirable)
  • Proficient in the holistic management of life insurance claims
  • Ability to design coaching interventions to achieve desired claims outcomes
  • Ability to identify and proactively manage issues and potential risks associated with capability activities
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, arrange priorities and utilise time to maximise personal output and effectiveness
