Job Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment and document core L2/3 processes across the new CTG organisation. Documentation is to be fit for purpose to ensure hand-offs are clear, but is easily digested and referenced.
  • Utilise the relevant Service Design skill of capturing a more wholistic lens of the Customer & User ecosystem of how CTG operates together to bring to life our new ways of working and delivering outcomes
  • Design & execute exec summary versions for required stakeholders & online content
  • Ensure interlocks with Divisional dependencies are defined and endorsed to embed a clear way of working.
  • Complete a RACI model for core processes
  • Design & Execute CTG’s Playbook which includes Purpose, Processes & People across our core CTG Functions
  • Ensure the Connect Tech Group, core stakeholders and new starters utilise and respond to the documented processes and hand-offs
  • Implement fun and engaging ways to drive a culture of continuous improvement and compliance to CTG’s core processes
  • Drive awareness and fit for purpose documentation of the Solution Development Lifecycle and how CTG implements it.
  • Be able to build relationships quickly with many different stakeholders and coach them in an effective style that drives compliance, but not resentment to processes
  • Facilitate engaging online and in person workshops and training sessions to ensure alignment and outcomes are achieved
  • Liaison with external team members (e.g. project manager, business subject matter experts, product managers, product owners) in the production of a finished product.
  • Documentation of end to end process design in a visual way to support communication and education of stakeholders to drive real change.

Job Requirement

  • 5 years experience in embedding process change within an organisation, demonstrating how you coach team members to support continuous improvement
  • experience working in process design, or design thinking
  • Understanding and ability to execute on process design, constructing process in a way that is digestible to stakeholders
  • Process experience in Agile delivery environments
  • Ability to prepare and conduct training sessions
  • Experience from professional services is preferable but not essential
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, dealing with conflicting priorities and monitoring own workload in a timely and effective manner
