Job Responsibilities

The Intelligent Automation and Low-Code Developer / Consultant thrives in a unique culture where thinking outside the box is required daily and creative input is necessary to solve business problems. You will work as a solution developer to help shape and deliver strategic initiatives to go beyond simple process automation towards sophisticated and transformational intelligent automation initiatives. You will work proactively to:

  • Contribute to the development of automation strategies and solutions, leveraging technologies including low-code / no-code platforms, robotic process automation (RPA), process discovery / mining, conversational automation, image recognition, voice recognition and business process management (BPM) / workflow technologies.
  • Collaborate with industry and functional subject matter professionals and technical team members as a part of dynamic, fast-paced project teams to design and build elegant, high-impact business applications using intelligent automation and low-code platforms.
  • Assist with the definition of operating models and team structures to manage the implementation of intelligent automation and low-code programs.
  • Help clients explore how Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics can augment automation technologies.
  • Facilitate client discovery sessions and perform investigative interviews to elicit stakeholder perspectives, motivations and requirements to define project scope and requirements, and translate business processes to functional specifications and user stories.
  • Guide technical design sessions to define user experience, data definition, process / rules configuration and integration for intelligent automation and low-code solutions.
  • Build, test and deliver intelligent automation and low-code solutions using industry leading vendor technologies.

Job Requirement

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in software development or system implementation, with a basic understanding of key concepts relating to the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience and understanding of relational databases and web services and experience with one or more programming languages (e.g. Javascript, Python, C# etc.)
  • Exposure to Low-Code, Robotic Process Automation or Cognitive Automation technologies, including Appian, Pega, Microsoft Power Apps or Unqork
  • The ability to quickly map current business processes, identify pain-points and improvement opportunities, and conceptualise the “To-Be” business processes.
  • Experience creating documentation to support operationalisation of technology solutions, including, solution design, test methodologies, operational readiness assessments and other architecture and design documents needed to support the software development lifecycle.
  • An understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram, and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram.
  • An appreciation and knowledge of emerging technology trends and their impact on the consumer and business landscape.
  • A solid understanding of technology and architecture concepts.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage enduring client relationships, building a sense of trust and respect.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
