Job Responsibilities
- You will also develop a relationship with landlord and building management team as part of supporting the local teams.
- While this role is mainly aimed at and located in our Barangaroo office, to support your career and engagement with the rest of the NSW Workplace Services team and the wider firm you will be regularly asked to visit and support other offices in NSW.
- You may also be asked to support the national workplace project workload from time to time be called upon by the National Workplace Services Manager to assist with other projects located outside of NSW.

Job Requirement
- Ability to organise and prioritise with competing demands
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and works to an agreed timeline
- Min 6 months experience in similar Workplace, Facilities or operational roles
- Proven stakeholder engagement relationships (Mandatory)
- Assist with planned preventative maintenance program.
- Ensure all operational requests from customers are actioned and completed efficiently.
- Log and follow up on maintenance and cleaning requests in both tenancy and common area.
- Managing multiple activities and priorities in a project or business environment with a high degree of autonomy and self-organisation (Mandatory)
- Experience in professional services firm (Advantageous)
