Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the National Training Manager and working as part of the larger Consumer Electronics Retail Team, the Training Specialist provides and deploys services as a Training Specialist to Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd (the client).  

• The Training Specialist will be responsible for planning, organising and executing product training to Retailers and internal Field team as well as Samsung staff for the CE divisions nationally.
• Further, this role will provide support to the  wider CE field team to ensure all business priorities are executed as outlined by each State Manager.

Job Requirement

• Strong technical aptitude with advanced knowledge of CE categories/products (AV & HA) along with advanced IT knowledge
• Advanced understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Experience in related field, such as mobile sales, consumer electronics, or similar.
• A wealth of knowledge about current technology in consumer electronics
