  • This is where the Digital Content Specialist comes in – ideating, writing and editing insights-led content for KPMG’s digital channels.
  • With a keen eye on SEO best practice and KPMG tone of voice guidelines, the Content Specialist develops long-form reports, web pages, thought-leadership articles, video scripts, eDMs and social posts – leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirement

  • Write engaging digital-first content, including thought leadership articles, long-form reports, infographics, video scripts, eDMs and social posts
  • Edit content ensuring it aligns with KPMG tone of voice guidelines, brand attributes and SEO best practice
  • Act as an ambassador for digestible, concise writing that meets the target audience’s needs and has a clear call to action.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify interesting stories from across the firm, ensuring that ideas ladder up to business goals
  • Input to brainstorming/ideation sessions with subject matter experts to ensure content is unique, compelling and aligns with insights-led strategy.
  • Interview Partners to gain insights on service areas such as business, government, tax and then create engaging content succinctly communicating what KPMG can do.
  • Writing, reviewing, repurposing, and providing constructive feedback on content and marketing communications for quality and brand promise, TOV alignment.
  • Collaborating with the Brand/Campaigns Managers, Design Studio and Digital Marketing & Social Media teams for the co-ordination and design of programs and campaigns.
