Job Responsibilities

  • Advising agile teams through their business agility transformation, using agile frameworks where appropriate and identifying and optimizing flow 
  • Actively coaching scrum masters and team members on agile established practices and principles as they continuously learn and improve  
  • Leading workshops and training sessions to educate teams on Agile values, principles, and practices 
  • Mentoring and pairing with change agents and stakeholders in client organisations to help them become Business Agility champions and build lasting Agile skills 
  • Actively sharing learnings with other Accenture Business Agility team members on how to influence organisational change and remove barriers to transformation 
  • Support sales activities by potentially helping create/present proposals and taking part in Accenture account planning 
  • Able to act as the accountable servant leader for the agile team (eg: navigates tough conversations with stakeholders in tumultuous situations or when the team comes under ‘fire’, able to shield the team from distractions, radiates visibility of progress toward achieving sprint commitments, facilitates removal of impediments in the team’s way, ensures the team continuously improves etc.)  
  • Facilitating the team ceremonies and ensures the Agile practices are being followed within their team and constraints. Empowering the team to self-organize

Job Requirement

  • Experience with working in a consulting environment 
  • Proactive in navigating through ambiguous situations, while applying pragmatic steps to move the agile agenda forward 
  • Passion to proactively seek ways to improve the system 
  • Self-confidence to be assertive when taking a position and ability to constructively resolve problems 
  • Creative, resourceful, and innovative at tackling complex challenges 
  • Demonstrated aptitude for acquiring knowledge and skills and readily adopting new technologies 
  • Respectful, professional interpersonal working style 
  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education and experience 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types 
  • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level 
  • A thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures 
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and time management skills 
  • Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential 
  • Collaborative approach to driving decisions 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
