Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a large team of Resource and Logistics professionals
- Execute workforce management plans, objectives, and targets
- Lead workforce management best practice and delivery by making key contributions
- Invest in the internal training, capability, and development of team members
- Plan, control, and organise the mobilisation of resources for shutdowns, maintenance, and project execution.
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the Resource and Logistics team
- Plan, control, and organise the Resource and Logistics team deliverables dail
- Review and communicate key deadlines for manning and client-based training
- Complete auditing of workforce management systems, processes, and resources across all works
- Ensure planning and mobilisation deliverables and workflow are updated daily.

Job Requirement
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role
- Build collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Foster effective communication, regular feedback, and continuous improvement
- Extensive knowledge working within a project and shutdown environment
- Experience using mobilisation and planning software such as ERMS, SuccessFactors, and INX
- Working knowledge of OPMS would be seen as a definite advantage.
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to change
- Be able to work cohesively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Be self-motivated and appreciate working as part of a larger team
- Well-developed administrative skills, strong attention to detail and time management skills
- High organisational skills to coordinate mobilisation requirements.
- Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
