Job Responsibilities 

  • Full-Time Monday-Friday position available, no weekends!
  • Reporting to Care Manager, you will lead, supervise and educate a clinical team and ensure the delivery of person-centred care at the highest possible standard.
  • Ensuring all residents receive general and support services in line with resident contracts and care plans and be accountable for all medication management
  • Maintain effective inter-personal relationships with residents and wider stakeholders.
  • Liaise effectively with external service providers who provide care within the community
  • Located on Condon Street in Kennington, Aveo Bendigo is a beautiful community with a team of dedicated staff that provides tailored care and services to our community. Close to shops and public transport
  • Job Requirement

    • Hold a current AHPRA Division 1 registration (required)
    • Current CPR certificate within the last 12 months (required)
    • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)
    • Current Police Check (required, but we can complete for you!)
    • Experience in Community Care or Retirement Living (desired)
    • Proficient in the use of technology and digital systems
    • Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment 
    • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
    • Well-developed interpersonal communication and leadership skills
