Job Responsibilities 

• Effectively support to lead, manage, and train activities of associates, including supporting hiring efforts, providing performance feedback and corrective action, ensuring a high quality of service is being delivered, and creating a positive experience for our customers around Australia.
• Assist to the QC Manager with the training of personnel in procedures applicable to the quality management system.
• Assist to the QC Manager with the inspection on floor of all product at all stages.
• Coordinate and assist the report of any non-conformances according to HelloFresh DC quality standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse management to ensure proper material flows through each production steps to ensure a smooth and Food Safe production.
• Assist the QC Manager to prevent risk of depletion due to non-conformance.
• Comply with both Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Regulations.
• A mentoring mindset, experience in developing managers and a team, supportive attitude.
• High attention to detail, information process and problem-solving capability.
• Strong visual inspection skills.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ensure that maintenance of all equipment is completed when necessary.
• Ensure effective operation of areas at all times.

Job Requirement

• Previous experience of working in a quality role (1 year) or education related to the Quality and Food Safety.
• Good understanding of the Food Safety requirements.
• Familiar with the food industry.
• Practical knowledge and experience in an operational environment.
