Job Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of large high-profile projects impacting cross-business units.

• You will ensure adoption through effective change management, and benefits realisation. You are to work with the project sponsor to identify key stakeholders critical to the project’s success and develop plans to keep them engaged throughout the program.
• You will drive rigour, value, and benefits of the initiative throughout the organisation.  
• This will require you to exemplify nbn’s values and advocate a culture of patience, agility and creativity within the business improvement framework and methodologies.
• The role will involve strong, and clearly articulated communication management, including regular engagement with key stakeholders across the business.
• You are to track project success, take ownership of the development of risks & issues and report on the outcomes.

Job Requirement

• The successful candidate will be highly motivated, engaging and have a value-driven mindset.
• You will bring strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the Telco industry.
• Moreover, you will have exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• You have the ability to work autonomously whilst engaging with senior internal stakeholders across a broad spectrum of business units and the capability to present to audiences confidently and professionally.
• You will also have experience leading integrated change management activities and working in an agile environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or certifications in Project Management (Prince 2, AIPM, PMBOK, Agile or equivalent) would be valuable.
